Make sure you include the following documents when applying for title certification:

• Copies of judges' evaluations
• Title/show certificates
• Copy of the last title certificate you already received
• Copy of pedigree

Please send title certificate requests only via postal services!
Please note that incomplete requests or requests where any of the above mentioned documents are missing won't be processed!
